How it runs

One cycle. One person. No packages to choose from.

The shape is fixed on purpose. The work inside it is entirely yours.

Cycle · 12 weeks

Kickoff · in person
you to NC, or me to you

Cadence · weekly working
sessions, direct line between

Intake · 4 per quarter

Review · at week 12,
honestly, either way

It starts in a room. The first session is in person — you come to North Carolina or I come to you — because the baseline work in phase one doesn't survive a webcam. After that it's weekly working sessions and a direct line to me in between, for the week that goes sideways at 11 p.m. and won't wait for the calendar.

The gate

I take four people a quarter and turn down most inquiries. Usually the timing is wrong, or someone wants a cheerleader rather than an honest read. Neither of us should spend the intake call discovering that, so I ask blunt questions early. A no from me isn't a verdict on you. It's information — occasionally the most useful thing I'll give you for free.

On price

It isn't cheap and I don't publish a number, because the number only makes sense against your situation and I'd rather quote it once I understand yours. If cost is your first question, we're probably not a fit, and that's a fine thing to find out on day one.

Not for you if

You want a keynote, a course, a certificate, a group cohort, a Slack channel of morning affirmations, or someone whose job is to tell you you're right. I don't do any of that, and I'll point you elsewhere without hard feelings.

What you leave with

A bearing you can state in one sentence. A line you have actually drawn, not just discussed. A recovery plan that survives a bad week instead of collapsing the first time one arrives. And a person you can call the next time it's genuinely on fire — which is, in the end, most of what people keep the number for.
